We do not have calendars on our property pages because our properties are listed on several other listing platforms. We save you money by booking you directly and cutting the extra fees charged for listing on those platforms. Once you contact us with the form on the property page we message you to confirm the dates you are interested in and consult the other calendars. At this time I reserve your dates on all platforms and process your payment. This is how we save you the fees that the other platforms charge. Our savings and personal customer service more than make up for any minor inconvenience in our booking process. We personally answer your questions or requests via text or email, they don’t go to an automated system who knows where just to receive an automated response that does not help. We are local and work with local vendors and professionals so we are here to take care of you if the need arises.

Blue Lighthouse 904 llc and the property owners that we represent are all about pampering our guests and making sure they have a great time. But our insurance can’t cover you for “too much fun or unsafe actions”.

Our insurance covers you if your rental house falls down on you we are at fault. If our property is not safe in some way that is our fault.  Our properties are inspected regularly to ensure the safety of our guests. 

But if you are having “too much fun” or not taking the necessary safety precautions. Obviously not our fault. If you fall off of the private dock at Fisherman’s Cove Retreat, it's not our fault and you would not be covered by our insurance so be careful and play safely.  Should you avail yourself of our homeowners offers of equipment or experiences during your stay please play at your own risk.

Guests give up all their rights to any claims for injuries or death.

Be Prepared:

Please be aware that while we take proactive measures with monthly preventative pest control, Florida's proximity to water sources and the occurrence of several rainy months throughout the year may occasionally lead to the presence of native pests, including Palmetto bugs. These insects resemble large roaches but are not true roaches. They tend to fly in and eventually die without multiplying.

It is important to note that our booking process acknowledges this possibility, and no refunds will be granted solely due to the presence of these pests.

With the exception of termites and bed bugs, all other pests found in our area are considered harmless and are listed here Ants, Palmetto bugs, Millipedes, Moths, Beetles, Silver Fish, Earwigs, Termites, Whiteflies, Mosquitos, and Bedbugs.
