Our stay at Sunnyside Cottage worked out so well and was very helpful during a family member’s extended hospital stay. The host/manager’s helpfulness, accommodating nature, and prompt communication provided a supportive and pleasant environment in an otherwise challenging time. It was a home-away-from-home for awhile and we were very grateful for the amenities provided. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is convenient to many shops and restaurants. Sitting on the screened in porch at the end of the day and watching the sun set over the St. John’s River across the street was a perfect way to decompress. I would definitely stay again!
