Blue Lighthouse 904 llc “Too Much Fun or Unsafe Actions” Waiver

Blue Lighthouse 904 llc and the property owners that we represent are all about pampering our guests and making sure they have a great time. But our insurance can’t cover you for “too much fun or unsafe actions”.

Our insurance covers you if your rental house falls down on you we are at fault. If our property is not safe in some way that is our fault.  Our properties are inspected regularly to ensure the safety of our guests. 

But if you are having “too much fun” or not taking the necessary safety precautions. Obviously not our fault. If you fall off of the private dock at Fisherman’s Cove Retreat, it's not our fault and you would not be covered by our insurance so be careful and play safely.  Should you avail yourself of our homeowners offers of equipment or experiences during your stay please play at your own risk.
