We create custom images with text describing your property for posts about your rental property and actively share them on social media platforms as well as on this web site. We set realistic expectations for potential guests by accurately describing your rental propety so your property gets great reviews. By providing excellent service before during and after your guests stay we encourage return visits and word of mouth advertising. We love getting customer feedback along with images to use when advertising for you.

Working with skilled craftsmen of various price ranges offers you cost effective maintenance of your rental property. By having in house professionals we have the ability to offer you quality work at competitive rates while streamlining the entire process. We only outsource in emergency when no one in our network is available and we do not upcharge on maintenance or repairs. We get you three estimates and you are charged exactly what you are told upfront. We proudly show you our fees and terms upfront.

Percentage Based Fees:

The more units you have us manage the cheaper our fee

7% for 1 unit - 6% for 2 units or more - 5% for 4 units or more

We only charge you a fee when we collect per stay.

We do not charge for finding you guests.

Advertising and marketing is included in our fee.

We provide a full team for all repairs and maintenance.

Flat Fees:

regular cleaning cost determined by property size and confirmed in advance of contract

deep cleaning cost determined by property size and confirmed in advance of contract

$20 on call fee pre stay with management contract

$20 house visits to be on site for guest with management contract.
